I have experience with content creation & earned my Bachelor's in PR from FIU in Miami, FL with two certifications in Content Planning & Social Media Marketing. I've worked with both top name brands like Christian Dior, Sephora, Ulta, Target and small businesses.This course will teach you what brands are looking for, how to market yourself, build a portfolio, & start landing deals.

Understanding these new concepts will expand your knowledge to help you efficiently grow as a creator. All you need is a new perspective. You don't even need a huge following! It's all about having the tools & having the mindset.

I can create a template portfolio website for you that is 100% customizable & updatable. This acts as a resume would when applying for traditional jobs. Invoices act as receipts issued by a seller describing the sales transaction by indicating the products, quantities, and agreed upon prices for the services you are offering. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, such as how and when you expect to be payed.

These are essential to ensure you have a record of all transactions & have a legal enforceable agreement. Without one brands can ghost you, steal your ideas, and use your work without paying you & you will have no defense in court. Not only that, but saving copies will make you life easier when tax season comes. At the end of the day, you are now working for yourself. You are considered a self-employed independent contractor. This is serious business. Do your research & be responsible.

5.) Legal Contract Template

Legal Contracts are typically sent out once you have agreed upon deliverables for content creation with a brand. These are essential to ensure you have a record of all transactions & have a legal enforceable agreement. Without one brands can ghost you, steal your ideas, use your work without paying you, sue you for damages, & you will have no defense in court. Sometimes brands will send over a contract of their own, but keep in mind they have their best interest at heart &. typically do not protect you as a creator, AT ALL. It's important to stay safe & legally protected to ensure you are fairly compensated for your work.
